HOW IT WORKS:
Tenants place securely tied garbage and recycling right outside front door between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m.
Uniformed RCVT employees will come by and pick up trash and recycling at 8 p.m.
Trash containers and bins are kept inside during daytime hours.
No loose trash, broken glass or sharp objects
Cardboard boxes are to be broken down
Cat liter double bagged
Up to three bags a night, limit bags to 25lbs
